⑴  測量晶棒夾(jia)具的結構與功能(neng)介紹：

基準(zhun)(zhun)平(ping)臺：此件(jian)固定(ding)(ding)在主機的臺面板上(shang)，測量時做水(shui)平(ping)基準(zhun)(zhun)面，基準(zhun)(zhun)平(ping)臺的右側(ce)為定(ding)(ding)位面，左側(ce)為夾緊裝置(zhi)，左側(ce)的夾緊裝置(zhi)上(shang)有夾緊螺(luo)釘，設(she)備配套的夾具在測量時放于(yu)基準(zhun)(zhun)平(ping)臺上(shang)。

⑵  測量<A>面：晶體主參考(kao)面<A>面(mian)定向：可測量晶棒直徑為(wei)2、4、6英寸(cun),<A>面的θ角：18.917°(18°55′00″)(或按(an)客(ke)戶需(xu)要做C向(xiang)、R向)。

①儀器的校準：用標準晶棒校準儀器。晶向<A>的θ角：18.917° (18°55′00″)

②將裝(zhuang)有晶棒的夾具，清理潔凈后放(fang)到儀(yi)器的基準平臺(tai)上，調整前后位置，使X光能夠照射到晶棒的(de)外圓柱面上，旋轉基準平臺(tai)左(zuo)側的(de)夾緊(jin)螺釘，把緊(jin)。打開X射線光(guang)閘，使待測量晶棒在夾(jia)具內慢(man)慢(man)轉動，尋測峰(feng)值。當μA表針為*狀態時(即為zui大(da)值時)，保證晶(jing)(jing)棒(bang)不(bu)動，夾緊晶(jing)(jing)棒(bang)。

③將(jiang)夾具從(cong)定向儀(yi)下(xia)移(yi)出，轉到磨床上(shang)磨削平面。

④自動升(sheng)降測(ce)試。

Features

⑴ Construction and function of crystal clip

Benchmark platforms: it is fixed on the host machine panel, used for the horizontal platform when testing the sample.The right side of the base platform for locating surface, left platform for clamping .The clip has the screw clamping device.Please put the clip on the horizontal platform when begin to have a testing .

⑵Measuring the < A > direction : crystal main reference < A > flat orientation: it can measure crystal rods for 2, 4, 6 inch in diameter, <A> direction θ angle：18.917°(18 ° 55 '00 ") (or according to customers requirement ,use the C or R direction).

①The calibration of instruments: use a standard crystal rod calibration instrument. Crystal (A) θ Angle :18.917 ° (18 ° 55 ′00 ")

②After cleaning up the clip ,and put it on the horizontal platform for adjusting its position ,in order to enable the x-ray exposure on the outside skin of the cylinder crystal ,and fix the screw on the left of rotated horizontal.Open the X-ray shutter ,and let the crystal rotating slow to find the peak .When the μA meter find the best status (i.e the max.value) ,make sure the crystal being static,and fix it tightly.

③Unload the clip from the instrument ,and put it on the grinding plane of the grinding machine.

④Auto lifting test.
